The hotel overlooked a beautiful garden and the room was tidy and cozy. Everybody was exceptionally friendly. - the breakfast was great and all the food was good. - the property had a good and super location by the mountains, close enough to Puyuhuapi, the river, and the restaurant downstairs.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the place. Had a REALLY GREAT stay during our christmas. The location was particularly good and great - just off Patagonia, the restaurant downstairs, and the river. Furthermore, by mountains. Had good sleep at the triple room. The personnel was extremely friendly and fabulously friendly, and the host too.
